Job Description:
Provide technical support to customer service engineers and clients, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
Perform hands-on software testing, troubleshooting, and system validation to ensure performance and reliability
Define, analyse, and optimise system performance specifications for semiconductor handler solutions
Manage customer-specific projects, including planning, execution, and documentation
Develop technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and contribute to product development initiatives
Support continuous improvement by providing feedback and insights based on testing and field experience
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in an Engineering discipline with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Good understanding of semiconductor equipment and systems
Hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality control is preferred
Proficient in troubleshooting PC hardware and Windows operating systems
Experience with servo systems, electrical components, and devices (e.g. sensors, relays, temperature controllers) is an advantage
Basic programming knowledge (e.g. C++, C#, Python, or Excel macros) is a plus
Familiarity with optical inspection equipment in semiconductor environments is beneficial
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Willingness to travel internationally and collaborate with regional teams
