Overview
We are partnering with a leading global bank seeking an experienced Test Manager to oversee end-to-end testing activities for core banking transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Temenos and strong test management skills across complex, multi-stream environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage test planning, execution, and reporting for core banking projects (Temenos).
- Define test strategy, scope, and deliverables aligned with project timelines and business objectives.
- Oversee multiple testing phases: SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing.
- Coordinate with development, business analysis, and operations teams to ensure test readiness and defect resolution.
- Manage offshore and onshore test teams, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery.
- Implement and maintain test automation and performance testing frameworks where applicable.
- Prepare detailed test progress reports and metrics for stakeholders and senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of testing experience in banking or financial services, with at least 5 years in a Test Manager capacity.
- Strong hands-on experience with Temenos modules and integration testing.
- Proven track record managing large-scale banking system transformation or upgrade programs.
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Tosca, or equivalent).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technology domains.
- Experience working within structured environments following Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
