Job Position Title: Test Manager

Exp: 10+ years

Location: Singapore

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced GTO Test Program Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end testing services aligned to GTO's transformation strategy. Reporting to the CCO Domain Lead, this role is accountable for the successful delivery of testing for the GWB Siebel Replacement Project, change requests, and production fixes across the Customer Management, Credit Origination, and Compliance application domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall accountability and responsibility for delivery of testing services across one or more applications and/or projects within the Customer Management, Credit Origination, and Compliance domains.
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day delivery of testing services by bank-appointed test service providers.
  • Work closely with testing service providers and internal stakeholders to review, provide feedback, and sign off on test strategies, test plans, and testing artefacts.
  • Coordinate with the Test Governance team to ensure adoption of testing methods, standards, tools, and to support audits and health checks.
  • Ensure scope changes are communicated to testing service providers and impacts are reflected in delivery plans.
  • Engage with application, infrastructure, security, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure testing services meet organizational objectives.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for testing-related issues raised by stakeholders or service providers.
  • Quantify, manage, track, and report testing status, SLAs, and KPIs, ensuring testing transformation targets are met.
  • Drive and collaborate with all stakeholders and vendors to plan and deliver testing activities across the assigned portfolio.
  • Participate in governance forums to support testing transformation and innovation initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Test Engineering Lead to define and meet domain-specific test engineering requirements.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Vendor Test Managers and Test Leads.
  • Collect stakeholder feedback on testing service delivery and identify continuous improvement opportunities in collaboration with the Test CoE.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • 1015 years of experience in test delivery or equivalent roles within large, complex organizations, preferably in Banking and Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in testing.
  • Extensive experience managing end-to-end testing delivery across multiple external test service providers.
  • Strong knowledge of testing standards, processes, tools, methodologies, and frameworks including Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps.
  • Proven track record in managing shared IT testing and/or development services.
  • Demonstrated success in building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multi-cultural, diverse, and geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High standards of professional judgment, integrity, commitment, and teamwork.
  • Testing/Quality certifications, PMP, and TMMi framework awareness are preferred.

Key Domain/ Technical Skills:

  • Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing projects in Banking and Finance domain
  • Strong domain knowledge in Customer Management (CRM) and Credit Origination. Experience in managing testing one or more areas of these domains will be an advantage
  • Experience in various testing tool suites like Tosca, Selenium, JIRA, Query Surge, HP UFT/QTP, Loadrunner/Performance Center/Sitescope, HP ALM / Quality Center, etc.
