Job Title :- UAT Manager

Experience Level: Senior (58 years)

Location : Singapore

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned UAT Manager with 58 years of experience in managing end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading 45 testing lifecycles from planning to go-live, ensuring high-quality deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Lead UAT planning, execution, and closure across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Drive comprehensive test management activities including requirement analysis, test design, SIT, UAT, defect management, and warranty support.
  • Develop and implement robust Test Strategies and Test Plans aligned with project goals.
  • Monitor and manage testing timelines, ensuring alignment with overall project deliverables.
  • Identify potential risks/issues in testing phases and proactively plan mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee daily and weekly reporting of test deliverables and execution progress.
  • Manage defect lifecycle using tools like JIRA and Zephyr.
  • Track and report key testing metrics and apply estimation techniques effectively.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 510 testers, ensuring optimal performance and motivation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Program Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and Business Users.
  • Handle conflict resolution and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Ensure high levels of stakeholder and customer satisfaction.

Technical Expertise:-

  • Strong understanding of batch runs and test executions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise workflow systems, unified communications, and telecom processes.
  • Experience in driving continuous test process improvements.

Domain Knowledge:-

  • Solid grasp of testing methodologies and banking domain practices.
  • Exposure to call center operations and call flow processes is a plus.

Preferred Tools & Technologies:-

  • JIRA for defect tracking
  • Zephyr for test management
  • Proficiency in test estimation and reporting metrics
