Test Manager

Job description:

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree inComputer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing QA teams
• Strong knowledge of data structures, databases, and data warehousing concepts in Insurance Industry.
• Experience with data testing tools and SQL
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (i.e., Tableau)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in DATA-centric projects with strong Insurance background.
• Experience with cloud platform - AWS
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of performance testing and security testing
• Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations
