. 10+ years of experience in software testing, with 3+ years in Test Lead role

. Strong experience in API and application testing

. Test automation exposure (Selenium, API automation tools, etc.)

. Experience in Agile / Scrum delivery models

. Understanding of BFSI compliance, data security, and quality standards

. Strong stakeholder communication and onshore coordination skills
