Lead and mentor testing teams for functional testing, regression, automation, NFR for large Temenos T24 projects in the Private banking domain.
Test planning and execution including the test design, data management, environment planning, automation, non-functional testing, regression, defect management and test closure
Review and analyse Business requirements and system specifications to define test approach, scope and test plan.
Work collaboratively with various team to achieve goals.
Status reporting and able to drive the defect management across multiple teams.
Proactively raise issues, risks and recommend optimal solutions.
Work with the BA and Dev teams to drive even the upstream software quality (Requirements, Development Solutions)
Minimum 10+ years of experience in test lead role for T24 projects, preferably with Private Banking
Good knowledge of Securities, Payments, Corporate Actions, Derivatives, Structured Products, Accounting, Pricing, Portfolio Management, Forex, Treasury, Lendingdomains in Private Banking
Excellent knowledge of T24 modules for these domains
Excellent knowledge of and exposure to testing of T24 integration, COB testing, Client output
Excellent knowledge of SWIFT message testing, regulatory reports
Expertise in financial accounting for all asset types
Expertise in working on Agile methodologies such as Scrum / Kanban / SAFE
Good know how of JAVA and experience in Automation, DevOps is an advantage
Understanding / Experience of Automation tools (Selenium) and DevOps concepts to driveAutomation in projects.
