GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The candidate will be the Test Lead for Corporate Actions project and responsible for test strategy & planning, automation, NFR and end-to-end testing delivery ownership.
- Lead and mentor testing teams for functional testing, regression, automation, NFR for large projects in the Private banking domain.
- Test planning and execution including the test design, data management, environment planning, automation, non-functional testing, regression, defect management and test closure
- Review and analyse Business requirements and system specifications to define test approach, scope and test plan.
- Work collaboratively with various team to achieve goals.
- Status reporting and able to drive the defect management across multiple teams.
Technical and Functional
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in test lead role, preferably with Private Banking and Corporate Actions
- Good knowledge of Securities, Corporate Actions, Accounting, Pricing domains in Private Banking
- Excellent knowledge of T24 modules for these domains
- Strong functional knowledge of Corporate Actions processes including mandatory/optional events, Ex. spin-offs, mergers, dividends, and corporate reorganisations.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in SWIFT messaging standards for Corporate Actions, including interpretation and validation of MT 564, MT 566, MT 568
- Expertise in working on Agile methodologies such as Scrum / Kanban / SAFE
- Good know how of JAVA and experience in Automation, DevOps is an advantage
