- Lead a team of engineers in executing all test-related activities for Server and Rack products during production.
- Configure and maintain PXE Server setups for product testing.
- Perform and oversee the Server and Rack run-in testing process.
- Execute and maintain burn-in and power testing processes to ensure product reliability.
- Collaborate with customers, headquarters, and factories on the implementation and maintenance of test programs.
- Analyze production product failures and work with customers, headquarters, and factories to drive improvements.
- Participate actively in Kaizen (continuous improvement) activities to enhance production efficiency.
- Maintain and update the master list and tracking of test programs.
- Develop and update Working Instructions (W/I) for testing processes.
- Conduct training sessions on Working Instructions for production staff.
- Provide support for the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
- Assist in the mass production phase to ensure testing quality and efficiency.
- Participate in ISO-related activities, including implementation and maintenance of standards.
