Test Engineer

Job Description:

• Develop, review, and maintain test plans, test procedures, and test specifications.
• Design, debug, and optimize test setups, fixtures, and automated test systems.
• Analyze test data, identify yield trends, and drive root cause and corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot test failures related to electrical, mechanical, vacuum, gas, or software issues.
• Support NPI (New Product Introduction), qualification, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with Process, Manufacturing, Quality, and Equipment Engineering teams.
• Drive test time reduction, yield improvement, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Mentor Assistant / Junior Test Engineers and technicians.
• Support customer audits, technical reviews, and failure analysis reports.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or test engineering.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor devices, manufacturing flows, and test methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with automated test systems and production test environments.
• Proficient in interpreting electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
