About the role

Test Engineer role leading a team of Associate Engineers / Technicians to carry out all the Test related activities for Server & Rack products for the production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Associate Engineers / Technicians to carry out all the Test related activities for Server & Rack products for the production

• Support & implement PXE Server configuration for the products

• Perform & maintain the Server & Rack run-in test process

• Perform & maintain the burn-in & power test process

• Liaise with customer & HQ / factory on the test program implementation and maintenance

• Test and analyze all failures in the production products and work back with customer & HQ / factory for improvement

• Participate in the Kaizen activities

• Update the test program master list & tracking

• Prepare and update Working Instruction

• Provide training over W/I to production

About you

• Min. Diploma in Engineering discipline

• Experience in server manufacturing or a related electronics manufacturing environment will be an advantage

• Good understanding of test methods and concept

• C++, SAP & Linux knowledge

• 12-hour shift arrangement (Day or Night Shift), shift deployment will be assigned based on operational and business requirements

• Candidates who are adaptable and comfortable with rotating shift schedules will thrive in this fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of programming and debugging skills

• Able to multi-task & work under pressure

• Ability to work with the customer, HQ / factory, Peers / Subordinate and Superiors
