About the Role
We are hiring for both Test Engineer and Product Engineer positions to support the development and production of Digital, RF, Mixed Signal and PMIC products.
Depending on your experience and expertise, you will be involved in areas such as ATE test program development, device characterization, product engineering, silicon debug, yield improvement, production support and test optimization.
Test Engineer
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and debug test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF and Mixed Signal products on ATE.
* Support first silicon debug, device characterization, test program bring-up and production release.
* Debug digital vectors including JTAG, SCAN, ATPG, Functional and MBIST.
* Drive yield improvement and test time reduction.
* Work closely with Design, Product, Quality and Foundry Engineering teams.
Requirements
* Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
* 2–4 years of relevant Test Engineering experience.
* Experience with Digital, PMIC, RF or Mixed Signal products.
* Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K or Teradyne UltraFLEX is an advantage.
* Good knowledge of analog and digital electronics and strong problem-solving skills.
Product Engineer
Key Responsibilities
* Provide engineering support for RF, Mixed Signal and Digital products from development through production release.
* Work with Test Engineering and Production teams on debug, reliability qualification and yield enhancement.
* Coordinate with customers, foundries and test subcontractors to resolve product and production issues.
* Prepare test limits, correlation, yield summaries and technical status reports.
* Drive yield improvement, test time reduction and retest rate improvement.
Requirements
* Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
* 2–4 years of relevant Product Engineering or Test Engineering experience.
* Understanding of Digital, Mixed Signal and RF test concepts.
* Experience with Advantest 93K ATE is an advantage.
* Strong data analysis and statistical analysis skills; knowledge of JMP, CEDA, Datapower or Optimal Plus is a plus.
* Scripting knowledge in Perl, Java or VBA is an added advantage.
* Strong understanding of product engineering fundamentals, Statistical Process Control (SPC), semiconductor testing methodologies, device-level test parameters, and ATE-related test concepts is required.
