Test Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for utilizing quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to transform testing products and solutions. Your day-to-day activities will include running the end-to-end quality engineering function with a focus on automation to enhance control, accuracy, and integrity. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions. Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across various teams.

Expert proficiency in Automated Testing is required.

Expert proficiency in Technical Test Execution, System Defect Management, and Selenium is recommended.

. Develop and implement automated test scripts to ensure product quality.
. Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve processes.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and strategies.
. Continuously enhance automation frameworks to increase efficiency and coverage.
. Mentor team members on best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
