Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Perform RF testing, antenna testing and validation to ensure product performance meets requirements.
Coordinate testing activities, project schedules and engineering deliverables.
Work closely with customers and internal engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
Monitor project progress and ensure testing activities are completed on schedule.
Support test setup, troubleshooting and production readiness.
Prepare test reports and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate with overseas teams and support project activities when required.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related Engineering disciplines.
2-4 years of experience in RF Testing, Antenna Testing or related engineering fields.
Experience in project coordination or project management.
Good understanding of RF testing, measurement and troubleshooting.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willing to relocate to China and travel overseas when required.
