- At least 5 years of experience in a testing role, preferably in a private banking set-up.
- Experience in T24 Core Banking upgrade UAT, validating front‑to‑back flows from upstream inputs and channels through T24 into digital platforms such as Client front end and Front end, including data, interface, and integration validation.
- Exposure to RPA (UiPath) testing and development.
- Experience in UAT on Web/Mobile applications and Gen-AI driven applications
- Experience in UAT on digital or client facing platforms.
- Experience in test automation would be an advantage.
- Experience writing test cases in BDD and work closely with Automation Testers.
- Experience in Banking and wealth management domain
- Good working experience using JIRA tool.
- Good understanding of Agile principles and familiarity in different development & testing methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to co-ordinate efficiently with stakeholders and bridge the communication gaps with the right attitude.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
- Must be independent and self-motivated.
- Must be able to present the UAT status and dashboards to the PO and stakeholders.
- Experience in writing user stories with acceptance criteria would be an advantage.
- Must be bilingual- read& written (English &Chinese)
