The TAM duties will include devising named Key Accounts sales plans, managing relationships with targeted key accounts clients, and maintaining in-depth account profiles on key account clients. On top of that, Enterprise Building + Data Centre Solutions knowledge and Solutions Proposal build up capability on Network Connectivity Solutions will be a plus point for this TAM position.

To ensure success as a territory account manager, he/she should be adaptive at market research and skilled in forming long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with the named key account clients, for long-term sales success in the company

Main Responsibilities:

  • Set and communicate sales targets that drive sustainable, long-term incremental growth across assigned focus end-user accounts.
  • Develop and execute data-driven, evidence-based sales plans to achieve annual revenue targets.
  • Build, manage, and deepen strategic relationships with named key account clients.
  • Conduct on-site customer visits and sales presentations to understand current practices and recommend value-added solution improvements using the company's product portfolio.
  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of key account activities, opportunities, and performance.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports and account updates to the Director of Sales and relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform ongoing market and competitive research to stay informed of customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline preferred.
  • Proven experience in structured cabling systems and network connectivity solutions.
  • Strong consultative selling capability, with the ability to develop solution proposals based on customer requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience as a hunter-focused sales professional, with a strong emphasis on new business development and territory penetration.
  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, vertical, and lateral thinking abilities.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain long-term professional relationships.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
