Job Description
To support its continued growth, B. Tennis is seeking for a professional and experienced coach to join its team in Singapore.
Job scope:
Provide coaching to private and group classes in private residences, public courts, schools and institutions.
Run the colour certification program after 3 to 6 months of coaching.
Assist with the organising of camps and friendly tournaments.
Use and maintain the quality of balls as required by the company.
Maintain and update daily coaching schedule and attendance record.
Other duties as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor or superior school degree.
Professional certification in tennis coaching. Minimum or equivalent to:
Singapore Coach Level 2, Advanced Level 2 TCA/LTA - High performance Tennis Australia - Professional category USPTR - French BE or DEJEPS - ITF Level 2,
Singapore Coach Level 2 Certification, NROC registered, MOE sports coach accredited, Valid First Aid and VPS
Minimum of 5 years full time international tennis coaching experience
Ability to teach all ages (from Mini-Tennis to Adult) and levels (from beginners to Singapore top players), school's and institutions students.
Good command of English – written and oral
Excellent human relations and communications skills
Physically fit (to sustain high temperature and humidity levels)
Good playing level (ability to deliver top quality balls while teaching)
International experience of teaching
Organised (for equipment, transportation and booking of the courts)
Passionate, Committed
Responsible, able to make decisions
Flexible, Honest, willing to learn
