Job Title: Full-Stack Web & Platform Engineer (CMS + Infrastructure)

Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile Full-Stack Web & Platform Engineer who can independently build and maintain web platforms while managing servers, deployments, and CMS operations. This role combines development, infrastructure management, and digital operations, and is ideal for someone looking to grow into a technical lead position.

You will be responsible for developing high-performance websites, integrating APIs, maintaining hosting environments, and coordinating with internal stakeholders or external agencies. Your work will directly impact website performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development

• Build, maintain, and optimize responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP

• Develop custom WordPress themes or plugins and manage other CMS platforms (Shopify, Webflow)

• Integrate third-party APIs and marketing tools (CRM, email, WhatsApp, Zapier)

• Conduct code reviews and maintain clean, maintainable code adhering to best practices

CMS & Platform Management

• Manage CMS admin panels, plugins, and configurations

• Ensure cross-browser/device compatibility and improve UI/UX based on user feedback (e.g., Hotjar, GA4)

• Optimize website performance, core web vitals, and SEO for marketing campaigns

Infrastructure & Server Management

• Provision, configure, and maintain Linux/Apache/Nginx servers or cloud hosting (AWS, VPS, cPanel)

• Manage DNS, SSL certificates, CDN, backups, and uptime monitoring

• Implement deployment pipelines (CI/CD) and automate routine server maintenance

• Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply security best practices

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work with designers, content creators, and external vendors to deliver cohesive web solutions

• Manage timelines, review agency proposals, and ensure project quality

• Document workflows, infrastructure setups, and deployment processes

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and modern frameworks (React, )

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB)

• CMS expertise: WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow

• Server and infrastructure management: Linux, Apache/Nginx, cloud hosting platforms

• Familiarity with Git and deployment automation (CI/CD pipelines)

• Understanding of SEO, website performance optimization, and analytics tools

• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders

• Experience with API integrations and third-party marketing tools

Preferred

• Experience with scripting for automation (Bash, Python)

• Prior experience in a hybrid Full-Stack + DevOps / Web Platform role
