About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on E-Commerce Executive (Marketing & Digital) to manage and grow our online sales channels. This role combines e-commerce operations and digital marketing, with a strong focus on improving customer experience, driving traffic, and optimising conversion and revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the company's e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify), ensuring smooth functionality and user experience
Plan and execute online campaigns, including promotions, pricing strategies, and content updates
Optimise website performance through data-driven merchandising to improve traffic, conversion rates, and sales
Maintain accurate website content, including product listings, company information, and policies
Execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email marketing and paid advertising
Develop and implement customer engagement strategies, including automated journeys and promotional campaigns
Monitor and optimise campaign performance through data analysis, testing, and continuous improvements
Manage online sales channels, including campaign setups, product visibility, and promotional activations
Analyse performance metrics and generate insights to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness
Develop and manage content strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
Handle customer enquiries and support overall online shopping experience
Support operations during peak periods when required
Identify and implement process improvements and workflow automation
Track and report performance across all digital channels
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field
2-4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
Hands-on experience managing Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
Strong understanding of website management, campaign execution, and performance optimisation
Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience in email marketing and marketing automation tools
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or Shopify Liquid
Experience with data analysis or workflow automation tools
Familiarity with content creation tools or AI-driven solutions
