About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on E-Commerce Executive (Marketing & Digital) to manage and grow our online sales channels. This role combines e-commerce operations and digital marketing, with a strong focus on improving customer experience, driving traffic, and optimising conversion and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the company's e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify), ensuring smooth functionality and user experience

  • Plan and execute online campaigns, including promotions, pricing strategies, and content updates

  • Optimise website performance through data-driven merchandising to improve traffic, conversion rates, and sales

  • Maintain accurate website content, including product listings, company information, and policies

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email marketing and paid advertising

  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies, including automated journeys and promotional campaigns

  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance through data analysis, testing, and continuous improvements

  • Manage online sales channels, including campaign setups, product visibility, and promotional activations

  • Analyse performance metrics and generate insights to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness

  • Develop and manage content strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement

  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns

  • Handle customer enquiries and support overall online shopping experience

  • Support operations during peak periods when required

  • Identify and implement process improvements and workflow automation

  • Track and report performance across all digital channels

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce and digital marketing

  • Hands-on experience managing Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms

  • Strong understanding of website management, campaign execution, and performance optimisation

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in email marketing and marketing automation tools

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or Shopify Liquid

  • Experience with data analysis or workflow automation tools

  • Familiarity with content creation tools or AI-driven solutions
