Job Summary

Support project procurement and administration by preparing quotations, managing tender submissions, sourcing suppliers, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth project execution and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed quotations and sales orders to support project sales activities
  • Compile and submit tender documents accurately and on schedule
  • Source and negotiate supplier and subcontractor quotations to secure competitive pricing and terms
  • Prepare cost comparisons to inform procurement decisions and optimize project budgets
  • Develop and maintain project budgets to track financial performance and resource allocation
  • Generate regular tender reports to update stakeholders on procurement status and progress
  • Assist in project handovers by coordinating documentation and administrative tasks
  • Support daily office administration and operational tasks to ensure efficient workflow
  • Maintain proper filing systems and ensure accurate record keeping for easy retrieval and compliance
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties and provide general support as needed.

Requirements

  • Qualifications- min relevant diploma holder
  • Preferably at least 2 years experience in Fire Protection.
  • Independent, resourceful, meticulous and details oriented.
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines.
  • Prefer local or PR
