Tender Quantity Surveyor

Job description

Responsibilities:

. Understanding the requirement of tender documents

. Exercise collaborative plan and define extend of works

. Understanding and achieving within timelines and timely management of tender activities

. General duties include measurement of quantity, collection quotation, cost comparison, and participating in preparing tender price

. Review of quotations with the specifications

. Study and identify discrepancies in tender/contract documents and raise queries for clarifications

. Proofreading of tender responses to highlight areas for incorporation of quantity and ensure issuance to stakeholders to quote for works

. Negotiate the price with the Subcontractors and Suppliers

. Review of cost impact (Value Engineering proposal/ Variations)

Requirements:

. Diploma | Degree in Quantity Surveying.
