Tender QS

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, and bills of quantities
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications
• Source, evaluate and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering
• Assist in tender clarifications and negotiations
• Analyze pricing and support competitive, compliant submissions
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Experience in tendering for infrastructure or LTA projects
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Familiar with construction contracts and procurement processes
