Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin to support our sales and operations team. The ideal candidate will assist in tender submissions, quotation preparation, and coordination of sales-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and monitor tender opportunities (e.g. GeBIZ)
- Prepare, compile, and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents in a timely manner
- Liaise with internal departments to gather required information for submissions
- Handle sales enquiries, including costing, quotation preparation, and follow-ups
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all tenders, quotations, and client communications
- Assist in cost estimation, pricing, and preparation of sales reports and presentations
- Support contract documentation and project handover processes
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team and management
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
