Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project plans and schedules
- Track project progress and update stakeholders on status, risks, and issues
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution
- Organize project documentation, meeting minutes, and action items
- Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and management
- Identify process improvements and assist in implementing best practices
Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Engineering, IT or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience in project coordination, administration, or similar role will be preferred

- Working Hours: 9:00am to 18:00pm (Mon to Fri, Exl. PH)
