Description of Job Duties
- Manage end-to-end tender process, including sourcing opportunities, preparation, and submission of documents
- Coordinate with internal teams to compile required information for tender proposals
- Ensure all submissions are accurate, compliant, and submitted within deadlines
- Prepare supporting materials such as proposals, write-ups, and pricing analysis
- Maintain proper documentation and track tender outcomes and follow-ups
- Assist in contract documentation and administrative matters where required
- Support marketing initiatives, including proposal decks and business development materials
- Plan and execute basic digital marketing activities (e.g., social media content, campaigns)
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across marketing channels
What are we looking for
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in tendering, proposal coordination or marketing role
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with GeBIZ or tender portals is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or content creation is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office experience with Canva/Adobe tools is an added advantage
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
