Tender Manager (Construction, Infrastructure & Changi Projects)

Location: North-east, Singapore / Central

Specialization: A1 Main Contractor - Infrastructure & Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of the tendering process for major Infrastructure and Changi-based projects.

• Review tender documents, scope of works, and technical specifications to ensure competitive and accurate submissions.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal engineering teams, for cost estimation and value engineering.

• Oversee quantity taking, cost analysis, and risk assessment for large-scale civil contracts.

• Attend tender interviews and site show-rounds as the primary technical representative.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with a Main Contractor on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Direct experience with Changi Projects or similar high-security/aviation environments is highly advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of local construction regulations, PSSCOC, and tendering procedures in Singapore.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
