Tender & Bids Manager (M&E, Electrical)
Office-based | $5,000-$8,000 + $100 HP allowance
We're looking for a Tender & Bids Manager to join our team and take the lead in driving successful tender submissions. This role is critical to ensuring our proposals are competitive, accurate, and aligned with both client expectations and internal standards.

What You'll Do
- Review, analyse, and clarify RFQs during pre-tender and tender phases, raising queries or amendments where needed.
- Prepare and present Risk Management checklists for leadership approval.
- Attend site visits to understand project scope and document requirements clearly.
- Lead preparation, review, and submission of tenders across multiple systems (mechanical, electrical, ELV).
- Consolidate and analyse technical details, BOQs, pricing schedules, and contracts to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with project teams on manpower planning, cost estimation, and organizational structure.
- Optimise and consolidate quotes to meet target pricing while protecting profit margins.
- Prepare tender cost summaries for management review and approval.
- Support leadership in tender interviews, clarifications, and negotiations with clients.
- Oversee tender reviews and ensure smooth handover to project management teams.
- Provide weekly tender reports to regional headquarters.
