Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is responsible for promoting the company's cloud and industry Internet strategy. Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop regional markets for SMS/Voice products. Lead end-to-end client engagement, including needs assessment, solution communication, and technical onboarding guidance. Own customer success, revenue, and gross margin targets for designated regions.
- Conduct regular analysis of SMS/Voice market dynamics, revenue composition, and customer performance within responsible regions. Develop and execute market strategies aligned with business objectives to ensure revenue and gross margin targets are met.
- Work closely with internal teams including operations and procurement to coordinate resources and timelines based on client requirements. Develop and implement service assurance plans to ensure smooth client onboarding and stable ongoing usage.
- Continuously monitor shifts in SMS and voice market demand, resource trends, and competitive intelligence. Proactively share insights internally, contribute to product and strategy optimization initiatives, and drive ongoing improvement of market competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, cloud communications, or the CPaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of communications products, with in-depth knowledge of SMS and voice services (e.g., A2P messaging, OTP/verification codes, marketing SMS, voice outbound calls, privacy numbers) across major markets including regulatory policies, market characteristics, use cases, and pricing structures.
- Excellent communication skills, customer insight, and logical thinking. Able to accurately identify core client needs and independently produce professional solution proposals and customer success plans.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is strongly preferred, as this role involves regular coordination with Mandarin-speaking clients and internal teams across the region.
- Bonus: Prior experience with well-known CPaaS platforms or cloud communications service providers is a plus.
