Job Description
This position will report to the Hostel Admission Services section within the Office of Student Affairs. This is a service role where the candidate is required to respond to students hostel-related enquiries, as well as to provide support for the housing assessments in NUS.
- Administrative support for housing assessment
- Contact and refer students to stakeholders as part of the housing assessment
- E-filing of housing assessment reports according to guidelines
- End to end tracking of referrals
- To communicate with hostel coordinators as and when support is needed.
- Serve as frontline staff to handle students enquires via phone call and email.
- Collate weekly updates of cases.
- Provide administrative support for tagging students with external hostels
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A level or Diploma holders with good communication skills both in writing and speaking
- Good organisational skills and attentive to details
- Pro-active to engage stakeholders including students
- Knowledge of MS Form and Qualtrics will be an advantage (optional)
