Job Description
The Department of Psychology invites applications for a Temporary Management Support Officer (6-month contract) to support operations at the Clinical and Healthy Psychology Centre (CHPC).
The new staff will support CHPC's operations in the following areas (including but not limited to):
- Attending to email, phone, and WhatsApp queries related to Professional Services
- Managing online and referral registrations for CHPC clients
- Scheduling Professional Services appointments between clients and faculty staff
- Following up promptly on Professional Service payments from clients
- Following up with faculty for Professional Service session notes
- Receiving clients for Professional Service appointments at CHPC and locking up the clinic at day's end
- Supporting intern observation scheduling for Professional Service clients, where applicable
- Assisting faculty with availability checks, room bookings, and pre session preparation
- Preparing for the system migration for appointment scheduling, including verifying that OneDrive client folders are updated with required documents, notes, and case file numbers
Qualifications
- Degree holder good with computer skills and ability to design EDMs
- Prior working experience in data entry preferred
- Competent in computer skills especially in Excel, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and WordPress for website maintenance
- Meticulous
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service skills
Working Hours and Rate
- Expected working hours: 16 hours per week
- Hourly rate: $15
- Tentative contract period: 22 April 2026 to 21 October 2026
