Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Executive/Senior Executive at the Institute for Governance & Leadership (IGL @LKYS) within the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Programme Planning and Operations: Support in the overall delivery of division's training programmes and case writing initiatives effectively.

2. Procurement: Managing resources is vital for the success of our programs. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing and managing necessary resources, including identifying vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective procurement processes.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collecting and analysing data related to program outcomes, participant feedback, and financial performance is essential for informed decision-making and measuring program effectiveness. Generating regular reports is part of this responsibility.

4. Billings and Payments: Managing financial aspects, including billing, invoicing, and payments related to program fees, sponsorships, and partnerships.

5. General Administration: Supporting day-to-day operations, including office management, scheduling, and coordination with stakeholders.

6. Any other scope as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field.

. A minimum of 2 years of experience in program operations, procurement, billing, and general administration.

. Proficiency in financial management and budget tracking.

. Excellent communication abilities.

. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
