Job Description

What The Role Is

The Finance Department is looking for temporary staff to provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth processing of student-related financial and enrolment matters.

Job Responsibilities

What you will be working on

  • Financial Processing: Handle financial schemes and aid applications, including Tuition Grant forms, IBG applications, and Opportunity Fund applications. Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding documentation.
  • Customer Service: Respond to enquiries from students and parents, and follow up on unresolved matters promptly.
  • Enrolment Support: Assist with enrolment tasks such as checking submissions, data entry, preparing and sending follow-up letters, and batching forms for relevant organisations.
  • Collection & Receipting: Support collection and receipting duties as required.
  • Administrative Support: Perform other administrative tasks and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements


What we are looking for

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication skills for handling enquiries and follow-ups.
  • Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
