What The Role Is
This is a temporary positio of 11.5 months with the Temasek SkillsFuture Academy (TSA).
What You Will Be Working On
The executive will be expected to perform the following responsibilities:
- Manage first level enquiries through channels such as emails, calls and walk-ins.
- Assist customers / students with product or service-related questions, issues, and requests.
- Resolve customers / students concerns and complaints effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Provide admin and logistics support to events (Orientation, Graduation, Partners appreciation event, SkillsFuture Fest etc)
- Oversee TSA One-stop centre to ensure centre is well-maintained.
- Handle admin and ad hoc duties as required.
