Job Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Maintain and update databases, including operator and event participant records.
Support monthly updates of preschool jobs and webpages as required.
Manage operational and administrative tasks for workshops, learning journeys and other internal and external outreach events, supporting with registrations and issuing of certificates to participants.
Take meeting minutes accurately and circulate them promptly to relevant stakeholders.
To ensure smooth operations, accurate record-keeping, and timely execution of events and stakeholder engagements
Branding & Communication:
Assist the team in delivering NIEC's key messages across various platforms and activities.
Support the safeguarding of NIEC's corporate brand identity by ensuring correct adaptation and usage of corporate identity materials.
Develop basic creatives and content (e.g. articles, short-form videos and more) for NIEC website and social media channels, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide content and coordination support for simple video and vodcast productions, including preparation of materials, basic filming or post-production support where required.
Ensure regular web updates to keep content accurate, relevant, and aligned with NIEC's branding and communication objectives.
To support NIEC's branding and communications efforts and deliver key messages.
Support Course Enrolment Target:
Create, update and maintain content across digital platforms (eg: website, EDMs, social media) to increase awareness and interest in course enrolment.
Support the evaluation of marketing initiatives and compile basic data for ROI analysis.
To increase awareness of NIEC and support course enrolment target.
Media:
Monitor media coverage related to the sector and NIEC and compile regular updates and summary reports for the team.
Assist in communicating relevant media coverage to internal stakeholders.
To be attuned to media coverage related to NIEC and the sector and support the creation and maintenance of a favourable public image of NIEC.
Event and Online Webinar Support:
Supporting and coordinating events and engagements with operators and partners.
Assist with pre- and post-course or event coordination with stakeholders, including managing registrations, follow-up emails, billings and evaluations.
Support NIEC internal and external outreach events such as Naptime Webinars, engagements with operators and partners, recruitment and outreach events, including registration, publicity, administrative tasks and on-site deployment.
Provide on-site support and deployment at school booths, career fairs and workshops.
To support the smooth running of events.
Job Requirements
Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications or related fields.
Possess relevant experience supporting digital marketing activities, such as assisting with social media asset creation and updates, website management, and event support and coordination.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with design and content creation tools (eg: Canva) is advantageous.
Familiarity with social media platforms (eg: Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Telegram, WeChat, Xiaohongshu).
Possess design and video production skills, along with familiarity with tools like Premiere Pro/ CapCut will be an advantage.
Good written and verbal communications skills in English.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills
Creative mindset with a positive and resourceful approach
Proficiency in an additional language is an advantage as there is translation work.
