Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team during the M&A transition
- Assist with document preparation, filing, scanning, and data organisation
- Support HR and operations-related administrative tasks (e.g. employee records, onboarding/offboarding paperwork, internal forms)
- Handle email correspondence and internal follow-ups
- Assist in updating internal systems, trackers, and reports
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior experience in administrative / office support roles preferred
- Comfortable handling high-volume administrative tasks within a short timeline
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
