Job Summary
To assist Credit Manager (CM) in all Accounts Receivable tasks daily.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls in an efficient and discreet manner. Extend professional phone mannerism/etiquette and to promote strong and friendly bonding with account and inter department associates.
- Update 3rd party voucher redemption tie up. Ensure that the vouchers and amount postings are accurate and correct.
- Retrieve 3rd party Portal daily for all orderings.
- Retrieve all online approved transactions daily and ensure postings are correctly done.
- Post online payments received.
- Sales postings Daily balancing.
- Reconcile 3rd party payment received against the revenue postings.
- Reconcile online payment against postings.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Minimum &aposO&apos level is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Willing to learn, independent with positive attitude
- Able to start immediately or at short notice
