Working Hours: 5.5 Days
- Mondays - Fridays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Job Scope:
- Assist with patient registration and appointment bookings
- Direct patients to appropriate rooms or departments
- Support nurses and radiographers with non-clinical tasks
- Guide patients through process changes or clinic flow
- Handle billings accurately - must be confident and good with numbers
Requirements:
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Confident in billing processes and patient-facing roles
- Friendly, service-oriented, and proactive
- Able to commit on Saturday mornings
- Prior healthcare or customer service experience is a plus
