Mon - Thu: 8:15am - 5:45pm (Clinic hours: 8:30am - 6:00pm)
Fri: 8:15am - 5:15pm (Clinic hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm)
(Staff must report 15 mins before clinic opening. Schedule may be adjusted based on operational needs.)

Job Scope
Usher & Patient Journey Facilitator (Cocoon)
Guide and assist Urology patients (EQMS not functional).
Usher patients to the correct service points.
Operate stair climber (backup support).
Traffic Marshal - Level 1 (ENT Entrance, Shuttle Bus Drop-off)
Ensure only ENT & Urology patients alight at Blk B.
Direct Urology patients to Cocoon redirect others to Main Lobby.
Operate stair climber.
