Job Scope:
1. Administrative Support
- Manage Case Management system admin operations including role assignments, basic report generation and category maintenance
- Assist with corporate gifts management and coordination
2. Mail and Courier Management
- Prepare outgoing mail (registered, local and overseas) for postage
- Coordinate courier deliveries and pickups with proper record keeping
- Follow up closely to ensure timely delivery and pickup completion
3. Customer Service Operations
- Provide professional customer service by responding to enquiries across service touchpoints within Service Level Agreement
Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent educational qualification
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Basic technical proficiency (basic computer literacy, quick learning of new systems, able to navigate different systems)
- Good time management and multitasking abilities
- Able to work both collaboratively and independently
