Temp Service Staff (Woodlands Checkpoint)

Salary: $2,310 per month
Contract Duration: 10-11 months
Start Date: Immediate

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
• Able to work on a rotating shift schedule
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a positive attitude

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Members of the Public (MoPs) with Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC), Special Assistance Lanes (SAL), and QR code submissions
• Guide bus travellers on the use of automated gates
• Support traffic management at train checkpoints and bus halls

Work Schedule - Woodlands Checkpoint:

• 6 days per week (Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays)

• Shift allocation is rostered by ICA and not selectable by applicants

• Staff will alternate weekly between:

  • Shift 1: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

  • Shift 2: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• One (1) rest day rostered on either Saturday or Sunday
