Immediate - End Dec 2026

Working Schedule
. 3 weekdays + 2 weekend days preferred
. Weekdays: 10am-7pm OR 1pm-10pm
. Weekends: 9am-6pm

Responsibilities
. Attend to parent and customer enquiries over the phone
. Assist parents with student enrolment and provide general programme information
. Direct interested parents / leads to the Sales team
. Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally
. Support front-desk walk-in enquiries when required
. Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned

Requirements
. No prior experience required - training will be provided
. Comfortable communicating with parents and customers over the phone
. Good communication and interpersonal skills
. Able to commit to the required weekday/weekend schedule
