Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of community programmes, workshops, and events.
  • Assist with event logistics, participant registration, and on-site coordination.
  • Engage with older adults, caregivers, volunteers, and community partners during activities.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, documentation, and event reporting.
  • Support outreach activities and experiential learning initiatives as assigned.

Period: Immediate till 31 December 2026

Location: Clementi

Working Hours: Part Time and may include weekends andoccasional evenings, depending on programme requirements and community events

Salary: $18/hr

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE A Level
  • Individuals with an interest in community development, ageing, healthcare, social services, or event management.
  • Friendly, proactive, and comfortable interacting with seniors and community stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
