Job scope
o Monitor and observe assigned patients (training will be provided).
o When there are no patients requiring close observation, assist with regular ward duties and activities of daily living (ADLs).
o Assist patients with personal care and hygiene, particularly those who are bedridden or require assistance.
o Support patients during meals and help with oral feeding when needed.
o Assist with the safe movement, transfer, and transportation of patients.
o Promote patient safety while providing emotional support and engaging patients in suitable activities.
o Maintain a clean, tidy, and comfortable ward environment for patients.
o Adhere to infection prevention and control guidelines when delivering patient care.
Job requirements
o Experience in nursing and/or healthcare background will be highly preferred
