What You'll Be Doing:
- Source, screen, and assess potential candidates for healthcare & life sciences roles
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assisting with hiring decisions
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships for future placements
- Support HR-related processes such as offer management, onboarding, and talent tracking
- Act as a trusted partner to clients, understanding their hiring needs and culture
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma/degree in any field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to learn, be coached, and grow
- No experience required - one to one mentorship & hands-on training will be provided
- Passion for working with people and making a difference in their careers
