Job Summary
Manage end-to-end payroll operations for a 5-day project, ensuring accurate processing and timely submission of statutory contributions and reports while working remotely.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately using JustLogin payroll software to ensure timely salary disbursement and compliance with company policies
- Prepare and submit CPF contributions in accordance with statutory requirements to maintain regulatory compliance
- Compile and submit IR8A tax forms for the Year 2025 to relevant authorities within deadlines
- Collaborate remotely with relevant stakeholders to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure data integrity
- Demonstrate proficiency in payroll software and statutory submission processes to support smooth payroll operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient knowledge of JustLogin payroll software for payroll processing and reporting
- Thorough understanding of CPF submission requirements and statutory deadlines
