Temp Patient Service Associate (6 months/ Woodlands/ Bedok) HZOT

Duration: 6 months
Salary: $13-15/ hr
Working Hour: 5.5 days office hours

Job Scope:

• Patient Registration: Greet walk-in and appointment patients, manage queues, and update personal particulars in the clinic system.
• Administrative Duties: Handle appointment scheduling, verify test orders, explain procedure instructions, and manage consent forms.
• Cashiering: Collect payments, issue receipts, and reconcile end-of-day transaction records.
• Basic Clinical Support: Collect basic measurements like weight, height, BMI, and vision screening under nurse or physician supervision.
• Operations Support: Manage clinic inventory, stationery supplies, and assist at community outreach events.

Job Requirements:

• Min. A level/ Diploma in any field
• Min. some healthcare intern/ experience preferred
• Able to start immediate/ within a short notice
