Job Scope:
- Triage and respond to enquiries in Feedback Management System mailboxes.
- Provide admin and logistics support for Pledge Ceremonies (invitations, vendor sourcing, certificates, attendance updates, event-day support).
- Assist with preparation and dissemination of circulars/notices.
- Support procurement documents, corporate e-greeting cards, and other admin tasks.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree, preferably in Mass Communication or Business Management.
- Experience in handling enquiries, events, and communications projects.
- Proficient in IT and MS Office (Excel skills an advantage).
Duration/ Working hours:
7 months contract
42 hours per week
