Location : Kim Keat Road

Position: Temporary Officer, Supervised Practice Division

Agency: Secretariat of Healthcare Professional Boards (SPB)

Contract Duration: 12 months

Working Days & Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm

Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Hourly Pay Rate:

Diploma (3-5 yrs experience): $13.60/hour

A Levels: $11.70/hour

Responsibilities:

• Pair eligible supervisors with healthcare professionals
• Process assessment reports for healthcare professionals
• Monitor and review healthcare professional performance
• Perform any other duties as directed by supervisor

Requirements:

• Meticulous and confident with strong analytical and writing skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive with a positive attitude, able to multi-task, manage time effectively, and work under pressure and tight deadlines
• IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
