Temp HR Recruiter (Islandwide, Entry level)

Position Overview

. We are looking for quick thinking, innovative, motivated Recruiters with demonstrated technical agility to work with our team to help evolve, maintain, troubleshoot and support our recruitment and platform users.

. Employees are rewarded and recognized based off performance and results.

What You'll Do

. Assist the team with full recruitment cycle (e.g. job matching, screening candidates, coordinating interviewings, facilitate contract signings)

. Make phonecalls to suitable candidates to share job details

. Mine databases for potential candidates

. Entertain candidate enquiries as needed

. Filing and administrative duties

. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min. Alevel, Diploma or Degree in any field of study.
• Strong interest in building strategic communication & relationships
• Applicants with good track record in sports or other co-curricular activities in school will have an added advantage
• Possess optimism, enthusiasm and most importantly, passion for people
• On the job training provided, no prior experience required!
