What You'll Be Involved In

• Engage with corporate stakeholders to understand their business needs and hiring strategies.
• Act as an HR industry advisor, providing market insights and guidance on HR policies and best hiring practices to both clients and candidates.
• Represent our corporate partners in delivering talent acquisition solutions and services.
• Work within a team-based, collaborative structure to consistently deliver high-quality talent solutions.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
• Prior work experience or interest in a Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or HR function.
• Ability to connect with and build relationships with various stakeholders and candidates
• Passionate about People environment, results driven & outgoing personality
• Work well independently and in a team environment and collaborative spirit
